In compliance with privacy laws requiring data breach notification within 24 hours, we contacted the NoodleTools administrator at each affected school or district on or before 2/13/2024 to provide them with the required details and instructions. This additional web page has been created to distribute an updated report to all customers and relevant parties with further details about the incident, its resolution, and our ongoing protection plan.
