Full-District License

Eligibility & Terms

A full district license provides access to all students and instructors within a district. For K-12 districts, this license requires the participation of all middle and high schools. For community college districts, this license requires participation of all community colleges. Terms of service

Cost

A district that subscribes as a unit (one purchase order and one invoice) is eligible for a full district license, which can save an individual school up to 40% relative to a single campus license. For a K-12 district, elementary schools are not considered in the cost calculation, and the discount is based on the number of middle and high schools in the district:

# of MS/HS/CCDiscount relative to single campus license
>= 2 MS/HS/CC10%
>= 4 MS/HS/CC20%
>= 8 MS/HS/CC30%
>= 16 MS/HS/CC40%

Example: A district with 2 high schools (2000 FTE each) and 3 middle schools (800 FTE each) would qualify for a 20% discount: (($360.00 * 2) + ($240.00 * 3)) * 0.80 = $1,152.00. Note that if these five schools subscribed individually, the cost would be $1,440.00, and the elementary schools would not be allowed access, as they are with a full-district license.

Note: If you are subscribing or renewing through a consortium or regional purchasing cooperative, you should obtain a quotation through that organization instead, since you may qualify for additional discounts.
