How to Renew

  1. Receive a quotation. Standard e-quotations for single-teacher and single-campus subscriptions are available online. Otherwise, you'll need a custom quotation which you can request now.
     
  2. If paying by purchase order, obtain a purchase order number (if possible).
     
  3. Log in to the subscription management area. You will need your administrator username and password that was e-mailed to you when your account was activated (you may contact us if you have forgotten it).
     
  4. After logging in, click Subscription Management and then Renew/Cancel Your Subscription. Follow the instructions to complete the renewal. Please do not send us a purchase order until you have completed this step.
     
  5. A renewal confirmation e-mail will be sent once we process your renewal request. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us (it may have been caught in a spam filter).
     
  6. Your renewal confirmation e-mail will contain a link to the new online invoice. If you selected the e-invoice option on the request form, please submit the invoice for processing to your purchasing department. Otherwise, we will mail the invoice to accounts payable.
     
  7. If paying by credit card, please fax the credit card payment form to the NoodleTools accounting department.
