How do I view usage statistics?

Real-time usage statistics are available through your organization's subscription management area, which you can access here:

http://www.noodletools.com/support/

The reports that we currently provide are:

  1. NoodleBib usage report: Total number of lists created in NoodleBib, split out by list style and level (MLA Starter, MLA Advanced or APA Advanced), grouped by month.
  2. Login type report: Total number of times that users have logged in to NoodleBib, split out by authentication method (username/password or barcode, IP, referring URL, or "returning user"), grouped by month. Since users are not required to log in to the school/library subscription once they have created their own personal ID (as of NoodleBib version 6), most logins after July 2005 will be "returning users." Only students who are initially creating an account will be tagged as username/password, IP, or referring URL.
  3. Detailed access log: Time and date of each user login within the past 30 days.

We began collecting these statistics starting July 10th, 2004, so your usage statistics reflect usage on and after this date.

For district and other multi-school subscriptions, usage statistics are split out by school when possible, and a "combined statistics" view is always also available (see example below).
