I submitted a subscription request for my college, library, school, or classroom, but it has been over 24 hours and I haven't received any response


New group subscription requests are processed at least once a day (usually more often), so if you have not heard back from us within 24 hours after submitting the subscription request form, you should contact us. Sometimes the account activation e-mail that gets sent out when your subscription is enabled gets caught in a spam filter, or the e-mail address that was provided to us had a typo. Use the online contact form or call us to report the issue.
