evidence is inconclusive or because they expect the costs to be enormous.

organizations have a range of concerns about the varying impacts of climatic change.

research initiatives which hope to develop economically viable
alternative energy sources

- What compromise proposals are acceptable to the group? List them.
- What specific actions (technological, economic, social and political) implement your
proposals? List them.
Four groups including representatives
from various interested parties negotiate proposals under the direction of a
chair and co-chair chosen by the group with a teacher-recorder taking notes of
agreements. Chair will moderate the working group and the co-chair will
report out to the assembly.
